PLAYER PROFILE: Albert Rogers

HEIGHT: 6-foot-6

POSITION: Power Forward/Small Forward

HIGH SCHOOL: St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City, New Jersey

HIGH SCHOOL HEAD COACH: Bob Hurley, Sr.

AAU TEAM: Westchester Hawks

AAU TEAM'S HEAD COACH: Bob Rizzo

WHAT BOB RIZZO THINKS OF ALBERT ROGERS' INDIVIDUAL GAME: "He's very athletic. And because he's athletic and has a balanced game offensively, someday he might be able to play the small forward position on the next level.

COLLEGE OF CHOICE: St. Joe's of Philadelphia

WHAT MIKE SULLIVAN THINKS OF ALBERT ROGERS' INDIVIDUAL GAME: This is a nice fit for St. Joe's. Rogers runs the floor well and is agile enough around the basket to score on the bigger bodies. He is also skilled enough to occasionally drop down the medium range jumper.

Rogers comes from one of the country's top high school basketball programs. Plus, during the spring and summer tournaments, he has learned and developed under Bob Rizzo and the Westchester Hawks' AAU program.

Rogers has gotten used to winning both on the high school level and also with the Hawks. This is a key positive for Rogers and his future.
