The Playaz led 20-12 after the first quarter of play. And the lead was extended to 43-20 at the half. The advantage ballooned to 55-28 heading into the fourth quarter. Everyone on the Playaz roster scored.
But it was Jackson and Cheek that did most of the damage, especially in the first half. Of the 43 points scored by the Playaz in the first two quarters of play, Jackson and Cheek combined for 22 points.
Cheek finished the game with 22 points and sat out most of the fourth quarter while Jackson scored 10 points and did a nice job help directing the offense.
Each of these players is being recruited by several division one programs. More on Jackson and Cheek's recruiting later on this website.
Karron Abraham helped the Playaz out also with 12 points while teammate Lance Brown added 18 points.
Justin Umpierre scored 14 points for Upper Christian while teammate Victor Holder had 13.
