FREE UPDATE PLAYER PROFILE: Devon Collier

HEIGHT: 6-foot-7

STRENGTHS OF DEVON COLLIER'S INDIVIDUAL GAME: Devon has an impressive July/summer to build upon. While competing at several events, including one run by Paul Gilvary of Holy Cross High School in Flushing, New York, Collier displayed some decent upside potential with more than a few college coaches on hand to watch.

Collier competes for a solid head coach as well as a highly regarded AAU program that plays in several high profile events against top talent from across the country.

Georgia Tech, Seton Hall, Hofstra, Rutgers, Stony Brook, St. Francis, and St. John's were among the schools during the summer that seemed impressed with his game.

CONCLUSION: There's plenty of time for Collier to polish his individual game. But he's likely to improve his fundamentals over the next year. He possesses good footwork and soft hands. And he runs the floor well in transition.
