Location Won't Determine Success Of Harris

A look at the individual game of Tobias Harris of Dix Hills West ...

For a player so young, Tobias Harris has accomplished so much in just two seasons as a sophomore on the high school level. He has broken a school record and a district record for points in a game, including scoring over 50 in one contest.

Because he plays on Long Island, Tobias won't get the recognition he really deserves as would a player from New York City. But make no mistake about it, Harris is a skilled player who can produce points from anywhere on the court.

Not strong enough? My goodness, he's just a sophomore and a several years away from his physical peak years. Let him grow physically and skillfully before you form a conclusive opinion.

Someday Tobias Harris will play for a high division one program and be an impact player. He has the size and skills to make significant contributions down the road. And there are many division one programs, as indicated in our player profile update, that agree.
