PLACE OF EVALUATION: Quarterfinals at St. Francis Prep

HEIGHT: 6-foot-6

WEIGHT: 185 Pounds

HIGH SCHOOL: Bishop Loughlin in Brooklyn, New York

AAU TEAM: New York City Gauchos

POSITIONS: Small Forward/Power Forward

CLASS: 2009, A current junior

COLLEGE INTERESTS: Massachusetts, Drexel, Fordham, Howard, and Quinnipiac

STRENGTHS IN TREVON HAMLET'S INDIVIDUAL GAME: Trevon does a nice job getting to the basket. He is a player around the ball constantly and makes a lot of big plays during the game.

AREA OF IMPROVEMENT: Consistency on his perimeter shot is necessary to be a more effective small forward. It would be wise also to work on his ball handling skills.

EVALUATION: Trevon is a player being overshadowed by some of the other players on a very good Loughlin team. But he was very active in his games this year.

He is a excellent leaper and does a very good job of rebounding. Trevon uses his body well to box out and go get the ball. Next year he should take on a bigger role with the team and should shine in that position. Right now, it appears that the Atlantic Ten and CAA are starting to recruit him actively.
