LATEST UPDATE: Jeriel Henriquez is the type of player worth watching over the next year on the JUCO level. He has the skills to be a division one player and if he goes to the right level, would be an impact offensive player too.

He has dazzled many times with his shooting skills, even against the toughest defensive teams. This includes a brilliant first half shooting display against one of the country's best teams last winter -- St. Anthony's High School of Jersey City, New Jersey.

PREVIOUS EVALUATION:

STRENGTHS: Unlimited range on his jumpshot and possesses good athletic skills. He had a solid first step to the rim and is a good enough athlete to manage scoring on drives to the basket.

AREA TO IMPROVE: Jeriel needs to use the seldom used skill of passing and moving without the basketball. Sometimes pounding the ball into the hardwood creates opportunities for defenders to double team his chance to score.

PREVIEW: Gaining strength in his frame is important for Jeriel. He has the skills to be an impact player in division one. As he improves his upper body strength and endurance, Jeriel will be recruited and offered by many schools.
