"Frantz is the true definition of a lead guard," said Paul. (He) is a pass first player. I have been pushing him to be more aggressive on the offensive end because he CAN score the ball, and in July he did just that. "
The NJABC 16 and under team competed down in Orlando at Disney World. Massenat did a nice job in finding open teammates as well as scoring when needed.
The head coach added: "I have heard from Big East schools who are very interested in Frantz, as well as some Big Ten and ACC schools. As a 6'3" lead guard high major division one schools are intrigued by his size, court vision and passing, and ability to get his teammates good shots."
Paul said his guard is open in his recruiting process. But he wouldn't be surprised if he ended up at a school based on "educational value."
"He is very focused on education and his future outside of basketball," said Paul.
Frantz GPA is around 3.4. He has taken an unofficial visit to Princeton.
He is considering visits to Fordham, UMass, Temple, LaSalle and St. Joe's this Fall.
