2009 Upstate Guard Excels In Can-Am Event

Reporter Mike Sullivan has an update on the individual game of Kelvin Agee from Niagara Falls High School in upstate New York ...

Kelvin Agee, a 6-foot-2 backcourt player from Niagara Falls High School in Niagara Falls, New York, averaged 23 points and nine rebounds per game in the recent Can/Am event. This builds on the great momentum Agee had from this past summer.

Agee was among the best players who shined also at the New York State Empire State tournament. He led his team averaging 31 points en route to helping the Western group to its first Gold Medal since 2001.

Agee's perimeter game has really picked up too. He's shown he can knock down the three over the past few months. He had 13 three-pointers in the Empire States game.

The 2009 prospect now has a list of Hofstra, St. Francis (PA), Northeastern, Fairfield, Rider and Niagara.
