The Holy Cross basketball program recently received a commitment from Jordan Stevens, a player we liked quite a bit watching him over the past few years.

HEIGHT: 6-foot-5

WEIGHT: 190 pounds

HIGH SCHOOL: Saratoga Springs High School in Saratoga Springs, New York

POSITIONS: Small Forward/Power Forward

CLASS: 2009, A Current Senior

AAU TEAM: Albany City Rocks

RECRUITING UPDATE: Stevens has given a commitment to Holy Cross. This attractive school gives opportunities to quality student/athletes. The word "student" is very important when discussing Holy Cross and its basketball program.

PREVIOUS COLLEGE INTERESTS: Colgate, Rhode Island, St. Joe's, Wagner, Bucknell, Vermont, Fordham, Fairfield, George Mason, Western Kentucky, Albany, and New Hampshire.

STRENGTHS IN HIS INDIVIDUAL GAME: High IQ player, good passer, good skill level, makes hustle plays

AREA OF IMPROVEMENT: Scoring around the basket, getting stronger in his arms and upper part of his body to be able to finish against the bigger bodies near the rim.
