Albany City Rocks head coach Jim Hart's voice always perks up when asked about the recruiting status of Pat Moore, the 6-foot-5 forward from Notre Dame High School in Utica, N.Y.

"He's just a good player that does everything he can to help you win a game," said Hart. "He doesn't mind doing the dirty work or being asked to hit a big free throw or jumper late in the game. He just does it."

Moore, who was terrific during the summer AAU sessions, including the events the Albany City Rocks competed in at Disney World in July, has plenty of division one interest in his skills early in his recruiting process.

"Colgate offered him," Hart said. "Fairfield, Siena, Columbia, Harvard, Northeastern are interested. He recently took a visit to Harvard and liked it."

Hart previously mentioned Fordham, Rhode Island, and Jacksonville.

The 2010 junior prospect is also a very good baseball player, giving him two big options once he finishes his high school career.
