PREVIOUS EVALUATION PRODUCED BY MIKE SULLIVAN, FRANK MANTESTA AND BRIAN TOWEY: Rayner had a solid summer and seems to be becoming more confident in his offensive skills. Playing for Eric Jaklitsch and Chris Phillips in the IS8 Fall League helped Rayner continue his momentum in his individual game after the July evaluation period.

Our Savior New American assistant coach Jaklitsch has been a big supporter of Moquete and believes Rayner will be a fine division one guard.

The Dominican Republic native dropped in 11 points and had four assists per game as a junior. It's likely these numbers will improve since he'll have some decent talent along the frontline, opening up more offensive chances.

COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: According to Jaklitsch, Rayner has interest from Marist, Yale, Quinnipiac, NJIT, and Holy Cross.
