Revised List For Albany City Rocks' Guard

Reporter Mike Sullivan has an update on Albany City Rocks guard prospect Kammeron Ritter, who competed for Jim Hart's team down in Florida during the July period ...

Kameron Ritter, a 6-foot-3 backcourt player from Christian Brothers Academy in Albany, N.Y., has a revised list of schools that have shown recruiting interest, according to Kam's dad.

Here is the current list: George Mason, James Madison, William and Mary, Delaware, Northeastern, Clemson, Ball State, Wright State, Buffalo, Boston University, American, Elon, Lafayette, Army, Holy Cross, LSU, Stanford, Delaware St., Penn, Cornell, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Fairfield, Siena, and TCU.

It's obvious that several of these programs will continue to monitor and evaluate his progress as a backcourt prospect.

Before the summer, Albany City Rocks head coach and program director Jim Hart wanted Kammeron to be more aggressive and creative with the basketball.

"He did do that," said Hart. "He's always done a nice job taking care of the basketball and moving it smartly around the perimeter."

The 2010 prospect, a current junior, competed last July for Hart's 16 and under Albany City Rocks AAU program. Ritter is also a solid defender, utilizing his long arms to deflect passes and make on the ball steals against his opponent.
