PREVIOUS EVALUATION PRODUCED BY MIKE SULLIVAN, FRANK MANTESTA AND BRIAN TOWEY: Coming off a solid summer in which Rayner played well against high quality high school competition, he's opened himself up to be recruited by a nice range of schools.

Rayner is also a very good student, opening up even more doors of opportunity as he prepares for his senior season.

College scouts will be looking to see how consistent he is in hitting the open jumper as well as his ability to beat his man with his dribble to set up open teammates with his passing skills.

Rayner, who comes from the Dominican Republic, looked more comfortable at the end of season, eventually averaging over 11 points and four assists a game.

COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: Moquete has current interest from Davidson, Marist, Yale, Quinnipiac, NJIT, and Holy Cross.
