HEIGHT: 6-foot-4

WEIGHT: 162 Pounds

HIGH SCHOOL: Long Island Lutheran in Brookville, N.Y.

HIGH SCHOOL HEAD COACH: Brian Carey

POSITIONS: Small Forward/Shooting Guard/Point Guard

CLASS: 2011 Class

AAU PROGRAM: Unique All Stars

AAU HEAD COACH: Torrel Harris

RECRUITING UPDATE: Harris was considering taking a visit this weekend to Delaware, a place where his older sister currently plays basketball for the women's team. Delaware is scheduled to play Columbia. (Update: Delaware won, 62-48. Tesia was top scorer with 18 points to go along with nine rebounds and three blocks.)

*According to Tyler's dad, Torrel, his son will not be taking any more unofficial visits until the high school season at Long Island Lutheran concludes. Harris is a player to watch this season at LuHi. He has shown the ability to score when given an opportunity with space around his shot.

Previously, Harris said he had a very good visit to Duquesne and enjoyed meeting the team's men's basketball head coach Ron Everhart.

The Fordham basketball staff has already offered a scholarship.

FRANK MANTESTA'S AND MIKE SULLIVAN'S EVALUATION:

STRENGTHS: Smart player, has the abiklity to drop the basketball in the bucket from the perimeter

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: As he matures, his body will strengthen and his consistency scoring near the rim will improve

EVALUATION: Tyler has grown four inches in the last couple of months. He can shoot the ball and now with his added size he will add more of a post game to his overall game.
