OSNA Junior Guard Impressive This Season

Reporter Mike Sullivan has an update on the individual game of Our Savior New American junior guard Chris Hampton, who has shown good progress thus far in the 2008-2009 season ...

POSITIONS: Shooting Guard/Point Guard

HIGH SCHOOL: Our Savior New American in Centereach, New York (Long Island)

COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: St. Francis of New York, Stony Brook, Delaware, Marist, Fordham, and St. John's

*Chris Hampton looks like a much improved player from last season. He is more confident with his handle and has shown more consistency in breaking down the defense with his dribble.

Hampton has shown us this season the ability also to make tough shots in traffic on his drives to the rim. He is certainly worthy of looks by colleges and universities.

How high a level will be determined on his ability to drain the long distance jumpers.
