2010 New Jersey Prospect Has Solid D-1 Looks

Reporter Mike Sullivan provides a detailed look at the individual game and season of Frantz Massenat, a 2010 prospect from the state of New Jersey who has impressed us over the past nine months with his play ...

Frantz Massenat, a 6-foot-3, 170-pound lead guard from Trenton Catholic Academy in Hamilton, New Jersey, has continued to excel this season after having a solid summer of playing AAU basketball for Matt Pauls' Team NJABC team.

Several division one programs have already expressed early interest in Massenat's skill level. We previously reported that Texas A&M and Notre Dame had shown some recent interest after Massenat's season got off to a good start.

Frantz already has several offers on the table as well as the Ivy League programs saying they would love to try for admission to their highly regarded schools.

Besides Princeton and Penn, Rider, Iona, St. Joe's, Temple, Niagara, Fordham, and LaSalle have offered, according to Pauls.

Previously, Massenat competed this during the spring and summer AAU tournaments with the 16 and under NJABC AAU program under Pauls. Massenat sustained an injured wrist last Fall. It has healed and Frantz continues to show division one programs he's worthy of watching over the next six months.
