RECRUITING UPDATE: Tyler Harris, when given an opportunity to start, showed the ability to score consistently from many places on the court.

He's proven of being worthy of high division one looks. He's a smart player too, finding spots on the floor for his short jumpers. While thin right now, he still handles himself rather well near the rim.

He's grown several inches over the past year. Once he fills out his frame with more strength, he'll be a high division one prospect.

COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: Syracuse, Connecticut, Duquesne, Fordham, and Georgia Tech.

FRANK MANTESTA'S AND MIKE SULLIVAN'S PREVIOUS EVALUATION:

STRENGTHS: Moves well without the basketball. He gives his guards a passing lane by finding the right spots to take his shot. He's quick near the rim too.

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: Consistency from the perimeter and gaining strength are the two areas Tyler is likely to work on before he graduates from Long Island Lutheran.
