PREVIOUS EVALUATION PRODUCED BY MIKE SULLIVAN, FRANK MANTESTA AND BRIAN TOWEY: Coming off a solid summer in which Rayner played well against high quality high school competition, he's opened himself up to be recruited by a nice range of schools.

College scouts will be looking to see how consistent he is in hitting the open jumper as well as his ability to beat his man with his dribble to set up open teammates with his passing skills.

*Moquete is playing in the backcourt with a more aggressive and confident Chris Hampton, who played two seasons ago at Cardozo High School in Bayside, New York.

Hampton knows how to get to the rim. Rayner needs to show college coaches he can do the same on a more consistent level.
