COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: Today, Steve Rennard was offered a scholarship by the University of Vermont.

In our previous report, reporter Mike Sullivan reported that Iona College of New Rochelle, N.Y., was also involved seriously and had offered.

Other schools showing interest: Fordham, St. Francis of New York, Stony Brook, St. Francis of PA, Holy Cross, La Salle, Davidson, Lafayette, Princeton, Brown, Penn, Lehigh, and Bucknell.

His ballhandling skills have improved and his ability to score with his dribble on mid-range jumpers has made progress.
