2011 NJ Prospect Has Big Summer Ahead

Reporter Mike Sullivan profiles the individual game of 2011 New Jersey based prospect Bruce Brittingham of Trenton Central High School ...

Bruce Brittingham, a 6-foot, 165-pound combo guard from Trenton Central High School in Trenton, New Jersey, is finishing up his second year academically.

Brittingham is another player we have profiled that competes in two sports -- football and basketball. It appears that many of these types of players compete in the Team NJABC AAU program too under Matt Pauls.

Pauls has stated that Bruce has improved in his game too while under head coach Randy Morrison at Trenton Central High School. "It's a great high school program," Pauls said.

A player who competes much bigger than his size. He's on the glass a lot, battling for loose balls against the bigger bodies in the paint.

Only two years in, Bruce has several options athletically. Pauls has stated in the past that Brittingham has a chance to be a high division one football player.

It's likely we'll see some schools start to get serious soon when they evaluate Bruce this summer. We'll keep you posted on his progress.
