Fraser-Pauls continues to make progress in his mid-range perimeter game, becoming more consistent in hitting the jumper. In addition, he is doing a better job beating his defender with his handle and finding open teammates off his drives to the rim.
Chandler, who plays for head coach Bernie Gurick at The Pennington School, has a busy schedule this spring and summer: He will attend elite camps at Columbia, Penn, Cornell, Bucknell and St. Joe's.
Fraser-Pauls will also participate in the Hoop Group Elite camps and compete in six events in the July evaluation period for college coaches.
It won't be just basketball for Chandler either. He plans on playing in a couple of college showcases for basketball and soccer this summer.
He has interest recruiting wise in both. For soccer or basketball, he is hearing from several Ivy and Patriot League programs as well as Davidson, Boston University, and Elon.
He is also receiving positive feedback from from Amherst, NYU, Wesleyan, Emory, Kenyon, Ohio Wesleyan and Middlebury to play both basketball and soccer.
Currently, Chandler is keeping all his options open.
He is a 2011 prospect.
