Long Island Prospect Sets Up In Home Schedule

Reporter Mike Sullivan updates the recruiting status of Long Island star prospect, Tobias Harris, who had a rock'em, sock'em summer that opened the eyes of even the disbelievers ...

Tobias Harris, a 6-foot-9, 225-pound swingman from Half Hollow Hills West High School in Dix Hills, New York, has set up his in home visit schedule, according to his father, Torrel.

Tobias, who was named co-MVP of the recent Mobile Elite game held at Rucker Park in New York City, will start his in home visits with Kentucky on September 9th.

The following day Georgia Tech will have its opportunity to sell the basketball program/school while Notre Dame is in the next day.

On September 12, it's Big East day at the Harris household. Syracuse arrives at noon while Connecticut presents three hours later. In the evening, Louisville has its chance.

Local school St. John's will have its in home visit along with Tennessee on September 13th. The next day Oklahoma travels to Long Island to speak to the Harris family.

West Virginia has an in home visit on September 15th and Maryland concludes the face to face meetings on September 16th. It's likely then that the Harris family will decide on official visits.

The schools missing from the previous list were Rutgers and Virginia Tech.

It's likely that Tobias will also compete in the IS8 Fall League with the Unique All Stars, a team coached by his dad.

We'll certainly highlight the action when this particular team plays.
