Recruiting List Changes For East Coast Player

Reporter Mike Sullivan updates the recruiting status of East Coast prospect Jabril Trawick, a player who has picked up more division one interest ...

Jabril Trawick, a 6-foot-4, 186-pound shooting guard/small forward from Abington Friends School in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, continues to see interest in his skill level grow from division one college basketball programs.

Jabril, who competed at several AAU events with Team Phenom boy's basketball program, has been receiving interest from Penn, Hartford, Drexel, and some occasional feelers from Xavier of Ohio.

Trawick had a solid summer playing for Team Phenom. He's also performed well in the individual skill events such as all star games. Previously, we reported he scored 24 points and grabbed 20 rebounds in an Midnight Madness extravaganza held in Chester, Penn.

He knocked down 27 points also to help his team, The Brotherhood, win the 17 and under championship in the Mill Creek Summer League.

IMPORTANT SUMMER AAU ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Jabril had a great start during the July evaluation period, helping Paul Gripper's AAU team win the 16 and under championship at the Reebok summer event in New Jersey.

AREA TO IMPROVE:

Jabril has been working on the ability to knock down the medium range jumper, giving him more versatility in his offensive game.
