Tri-State Prospect Working On Top 10 List

Reporter Mike Sullivan has an update on tri-state prospect Danny Lawhorn, who competes now at South Kent in Connecticut. Lawhorn is now a 2011 recruit ...

Danny Lawhorn, a 5-foot-10 guard from South Kent School in Connecticut, said he's still working on his top ten list. "I have some time since I'm now in the 2011 class," he said.

"Pittsburgh, Seton Hall, Florida and South Florida have been interested," he said, after telling us previously that Villanova was involved and he had an offer from St. Bonaventure.

Previously, Danny was recruited by several high division one programs and had made a verbal commitment to Boston College. He later changed his mind.

A junior now, he also previously said that Rutgers, Fairfield, and St. Peter's have offered a scholarship.

Previously, Lawhorn mentioned interest in Fordham, Baylor, Maryland, UAB, South Florida, and Texas.

"My situation is going very good now," he said. "By reclassifying, more schools are getting involved and offering."
