Two-Sport Athlete Finishes Up Soccer Season

Reporter Mike Sullivan has an update on two-sport student/athlete Chandler Fraser-Pauls, who competes at The Pennington School in New Jersey ...

Chandler Fraser-Pauls, a 6-foot, 160-pound basketball/soccer player from the Pennington School in Pennington, New Jersey, finished up his soccer season. Chandler scored a goal and had an assist in his team's heart-breaking 3-2 loss to St. Benedict's, a school ranked 10th nationally.

The loss came in the New Jersey Prep A State Boys Soccer championship at NJIT this past weekend.

Next challenge: hoops. Chandler is a player worth watching over the next 12 months since he's made so much progress in his individual game, especially during the summer months.

He is an effective perimeter scoring who is focusing on gaining strength in his frame. This will help him finish more consistently against the bigger bodies in the paint.

PREVIOUS THOUGHTS ON CHANDLER'S INDIVIDUAL BASKETBALL GAME:

Chandler has an above average perimeter shot, more effective when shooting within the flow of a setup offense. He's also tough and possesses confidence, including taking on the bigger bodies near the rim.
