EVALUATION PRODUCED BY MIKE SULLIVAN ON THE INDIVIDUAL GAME OF RAYNER MOQUETE:

A solid competitor, Rayner is worthy of some division one programs taking a look at his individual game. He's always been a steady guard, never risking the ball in transition, making smart decisions.

PREVIOUS COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES OF INTEREST: Lehigh, Yale, Colgate, Cornell, Columbia, Marist, Quinnipiac, Manhattan, and NJIT.

DECISION: Moquete made a commitment to Fordham. "Fordham is the right mix of academics and athletics that Rayner was looking for," said OSNA assistant coach Eric Jaklitsch. "He focused on schools that all had high academic standards, he comes from a well educated family and that was one of the main things that he looked for." Fordham needed a guard prospect too. "With Jio (Fontan) leaving there is immediate playing time available for him," added Jaklitsch. "I think a lot of people missed the boat on him and Fordham got themselves a great player and person."

Moquete achieved a 3.78 GPA and close to 1000 on the SAT.
