PLAYER PROFILE: Mike Buffalo

HEIGHT: 6-foot-4

WEIGHT: 177 pounds

FORMER HIGH SCHOOL: Wings Academy in Bronx, New York

CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL: South Kent in Connecticut

POSITIONS: Point Guard/Shooting Guard

YEAR: Mike has kept his mind open to couple of possibilities. He has some scholarship offers and is has some decent division one interest from other college basketball programs. He could stay another year at South Kent and see what the possibilities are in another year too, if he wishes.

He's averages around 10 points a game this season for South Kent.

RAISING CHAMPIONS HEAD COACH: Hasani Stewart

NEW COLLEGE INTERESTS: Buffalo had some new and serious interest recently from Elon, Arkansas Little Rock, Florida Atlantic, Gardner-Webb, Buffalo, Manhattan, Monmouth, Detroit, St. Peter's, Rhode Island, Maine, and Long Island University.

GRADE SITUATION: Mike told us he has achieved a qualifying score on the SAT.

STRENGTHS: Is a strong guard, tough mentally, physically able to challenge the bigger bodies near the rim with his drives to the basket.

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: To play the lead guard slot for a division one program, Mike must improve his quickness to offset a smaller guard's agility
