FORMER HIGH SCHOOL: Wings Academy in Bronx, New York

CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL: South Kent in Connecticut

POSITIONS: Point Guard/Shooting Guard

YEAR: Mike produced 23 points for his team in a victory over the New York Panthers in the IS8 Spring League.

*Buffalo averaged nearly 11 points a game, five rebounds and three assists this season for South Kent.

CURRENT AAU TEAM: Raising Champions


COLLEGE INTEREST: Mike told us he has not ruled out any options, including choosing a college or perhaps taking another year on teh prep level. "I'm considering everything," he said. "I'm not sure when I'll make a decision."

Previously, Mike stated: "St. Francis of Pennsylvania is now showing interest. They told me they plan on coming to watch me play soon."


Fairleigh Dickinson University was showing Buffalo a lot of interest. The staff was talking with AAU coach Hasani Stewart.

We previously reported that Buffalo had interest from Elon, Arkansas Little Rock, Florida Atlantic<, Gardner-Webb, Buffalo, Manhattan, Detroit, St. Peter's, and Long Island University.

GRADE SITUATION: Mike told us he has achieved a qualifying score on the SAT.

STRENGTHS: Is a strong guard, tough mentally, physically able to challenge the bigger bodies near the rim with his drives to the basket.
