PLAYER PROFILE: Mike Buffalo

HEIGHT: 6-foot-4

WEIGHT: 177 pounds

FORMER HIGH SCHOOL: Wings Academy in Bronx, New York

CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL: South Kent in Connecticut

POSITIONS: Shooting Guard

SEASON/HOW IT WENT: Mike produced 23 points for his team in a victory over the New York Panthers in the IS8 Spring League.

*Buffalo averaged nearly 11 points a game, five rebounds and three assists this season for South Kent.

CURRENT AAU TEAM: Raising Champions

RAISING CHAMPIONS HEAD COACH: Hasani Stewart

COLLEGE INTEREST: Mike has finished up play at IS8. He had a solid tournament in the local league. Currently, he is keeping all options open, recruiting wise.

He previously told us he had a very good campus visit to St. Francis of New York. "But in my best interest, I'm going to take a prep season and prepare myself for the July evaluation period," he said.

Fairleigh Dickinson University, St. Francis of Pennsylvania, Elon, Arkansas Little Rock, Gardner-Webb, Buffalo, Florida Atlantic, St. Peter's, and Long Island University.

GRADE SITUATION: Mike told us he has achieved a qualifying score on the SAT.

STRENGTHS: Is a strong guard, tough mentally, physically able to challenge the bigger bodies near the rim with his drives to the basket.
