IMPRESSIONS OF JEREL SCOTT'S INDIVIDUAL GAME FROM THE RUMBLE IN THE BRONX TOURNAMENT:

Jerel was very impressive at the Rumble in the Bronx, showing the ability to play both backcourt positions effectively while competing for Jim Hart's Albany City Rocks AAU program.

Jerel produced 12 points in a 60-59 quarterfinal loss to the New York Panthers, a game the Rocks led most of the way until late in the game. Jerel buried two three-pointers and another long range shot to show his game can damage any type of defense.

WHAT JIM HART SAYS ABOUT JEREL SCOTT'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:

"He is a profilic scorer. He doesn't have any weakness. He can score from anywhere on the court."

And Scott proved that Hart was accurate about his thoughts on Jerel's individual game.

MORE OF JIM HART'S THOUGHTS ON JEREL SCOTT'S INDIVIDUAL GAME:

He's athletic and has grown five to six inches over the past year or so. There really isn't a weakness in his game. He plays defense, blocks shots, rebounds, and has a good handle. He can also shoot it. He works very hard. He can play and help you win a game in so many areas. And he's a great kid.
