Reporter Mike Sullivan provides a look at the individual game of a two-sport athlete who competes on the East Coast playing both football and basketball at the prep level ...

Bruce Brittingham, a 6-foot, 190-pound combo guard from The Perkiomen School in Pennsburg, PA, competes at a very competive level playing both football and basketball, helping him produce division one interest recruiting wise in both sports.

According to his AAU basketball head coach Matt Pauls of Team NJABC, Bruce is a player that can be a very effective player in either sport on a division one level.

PREVIOUSLY REPORTED:

"I haven't set up any visits yet," Brittingham said, referring to possible visits in basketball or football.

Bruce says he hopes to set up some visits soon.

However, Brittingham has added plenty of strength and muscle to his frame, giving him a great chance to play college football in the future.

PREVIOUS EVALUATION REPORT ON BRUCE BRITTINGHAM:

Pauls said Brittingham is a tough competitor worker who improves each practice and game. "He has the heart of a lion," said Pauls in a previous interview.

Bruce competes much bigger than his size. He's on the glass a lot, battling for loose balls against the bigger bodies in the paint and scoring near the lip of the rim.

Brittingham improved his game in basketball over the summer too while competing for Team NJABC, a program which competed in many of the top tournaments and events over the the last few months. He's had some low division one interest in the sport of basketball, according to Pauls.
