"Recruiting is going good," said Ferguson (6'3/190). "I am getting at least 30 letters a day."

The junior signal-caller out of Butler High School in Matthews, N.C. has already picked up five scholarship offers.

"I have offers from Clemson, Virginia Tech, Michigan, Louisville, and LSU. I am also hearing from Florida, Arkansas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, South Florida, Florida State, North Carolina, Alabama, and Virginia on regular basis. I feel like South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Florida could be some of the next schools to offer," he said.

Despite all the offers and interest, Ferguson does not have list of top schools.

"I am wide open right now. Whenever I get the feeling that a school is the right one for me, I will make my decision," Ferguson said.

Even with all of his success, Ferguson, is working to get better.

"I really want to get better at everything," he said. "I am really working on getting stronger and faster. Another area that I am focused on is my accuracy."

Although he has not narrowed his list of potential schools down, he does know what he is looking for in a school.

"First I want to go to a school where I can get a good education," said Ferguson. "I also want to go to a school where the coaches are good at interacting with their players. Facilities are also really important me."

The junior quarterback already has an idea of when he would like to make a decision. "I want to narrow my list of schools down after the season. Then I would like to make a final decision next summer, or early during my senior season," he said.

Through six games, Ferguson has thrown for 1,121 yards, 19 touchdowns, and is completing nearly 70 percent of his passes.
