Juniors Picking Up Offers

North Carolina's 2013 class is extremely talented. Get the latest on the top juniors in the Tar Heel State.

On Monday, Crest defensive end Dane Rogers (6'3/230) picked up his second scholarship offer from Tennesse. He also has an offer from North Carolina State. Rogers said he is hoping that Florida will be the next to offer.

Uriah LeMay continues (6'2/188) to pile up scholarship offers. Nebraska and South Carolina have joined the long list of schools that have offered the Butler wide receiver. He has over 25 offers.

Peter Kalambayi (6'3/230) continues to attract interest from all over the country. The Scout 100 member has over 20 scholarship offers. Over the past few weeks, Arkansas, Ohio State, Wake Forest, North Carolina, Tennessee, Maryland, Oregon, and Vanderbilt have all offered.

South View defensive tackle Greg Gilmore (6'4/275) has added three more offers in the past week. LSU, Connecticut and Ole Miss are the latest to offer Gilmore, who is a member of the Scout 100. He has close to 20 scholarship offers.

Jack Britt receiver Jalen McDaniel (6'2/190) picked up an offer from Wake Forest over the weekend. He also has offers from North Carolina State and East Carolina.

LaChaston Smith (6'1/215) received his fifth offer in the last two weeks from North Carolina. The South Iredell linebacker also has offers from Florida, Clemson, East Carolina, and Wake Forest.

The Tar Heels also offered Durham Hillside teammates, Korrin Wiggins (6'1/190) and Khris Francis (5'9/180). Wiggins is a safety and Francis plays running back for the Hornets.

Wilson Hunt defensive end Lewis Neal (6'2/230) also picked up an offer from North Carolina. Neal also claims offers from North Carolina State and East Carolina.

North Carolina and Virginia are the latest schools to offer Mallard Creek cornerback Brian Walker (5'11/180). He also has offers from Minnesota, North Carolina State, Auburn, and South Carolina. He thinks Tennessee may be the next school to offer.

Millbrook wide receiver Corey Cooper (6'1/180) was offered by North Carolina on Monday night and Tulsa today. Cooper also has an offer from North Carolina State.
