Where Are They Going? Updated

With only two (or is it three) North Carolina division I-A recruits left on the board, the recruiting puzzle is very closed to being finished.

Jonathan Hannah

Hope Mills South View, TE, 6-5/255/4.85
Latest News: Now Considering Alaska (1/18)
Recruiting Notes:  Still too close to call, but had a great time during his official visit to South Carolina this past weekend. Will decided on Jan. 24th between UNC, USC and N.C. State. Takes last official visit to N.C. State this weekend.
Contention: Penn State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, N.C. State, Florida State, South Carolina
Prediction: North Carolina

Derek Nicholson

Winston-Salem Mount Tabor, LB, 6-0/228/4.60
Latest News: ScoutTv All-American Bowl Interview (1/12)
Recruiting Notes: Another that is too close to call. Claims all four favorites are equal, but admitted in the past that Florida State had a slight lead. Some now think UNC might have a slight lead. Decision should come between North Carolina and Florida. Some feel UNC has made strides and actually might hold the lead. Visits Florida State this weekend, and heads up to Miami the following weekend.
Contention: North Carolina, Florida State, Miami, Virginia Tech
Prediction: Florida State

Julian Williams

New Bern, OT, 6-6/275/4.90
Latest News: Williams to Visit Notre Dame (1/9)
Recruiting Notes: Although countless published reports have him committing to N.C. State after the visit, he apparently is still on the market according to the latest story. Williams visits Notre Dame this weekend, but in the end should be part of NCSU's 2005 recruiting class.
Contention: East Carolina, North Carolina, N.C. State, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame
Prediction: N.C. State

For those of you keeping track at home, currently I'm 7-1 with my predictions. The one loss coming from Hardesty who picked UNC instead of Tennessee after not being impressed with his visit. Charles Gamble and Marquis Melvin have both been thrown out because both might not qualify (Gamble hasn't even taken the SAT according to one of his coaches).
