Durham to Host Scout.com Combine

For North Carolina's finest the first step to becoming an All-American starts Sunday April 10th when Scout.com brings the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Combine to Duke University's campus in Durham, North Carolina.

A branch off the U.S. Army National Junior Combine held after the All-American Bowl in January, Scout.com's Combine results and drill evaluations will be used as the primary tool in the All-American Bowl roster selection in addition to helping get more names and players in front of college coaches.

Last January, quarterback Jonathan Crompton of Waynesville Tuscola, linebacker Derek Nicholson of Winston-Salem Mount Tabor, and tailback Toney Baker of Jamestown Ragsdale represented the Tar Heel State in the game.

Tailback Josh Adams of Cary, offensive tackle Carl Johnson of Southern Durham, and quarterback O.C. Wardlow of Winston-Salem Mount Tabor to name a few have already registered to represent North Carolina on April 10th.

Spaces are limited so please mark your calendars and contact Combine Coordinator Miller Safrit a millers@scout.com as soon as possible.

Scout.com is the exclusive sponsor for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and Combine and the official selection committee for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl roster.
