Mullins, a 6-foot-2, 295-pound defensive tackle from Wendell (N.C.) East Wake, will join his football squad on the practice field for the first time since transferring back from Missouri.
On the recruiting front, Mullins still holds the same ten scholarship offers – Oklahoma, Arkansas, East Carolina, Georgia, Michigan State, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, N.C. State, and Virginia Tech, and has yet to establish a list of favorites.
"No, I really don't have any [favorites]," said Mullins. "I'm open to all the schools that have offered, I'm just laying low right now. I'm just going to take it as it comes."
Currently, Mullins is in the process of researching his offering schools. Based on his research, Mullins will choose the five schools he will officially visit.
"I'm looking for a good coaching staff," said Mullins. "A great coaching staff would definitely be a big factor. Of course I'm going to be looking at the tradition of the school and the education."
A Scout.com four-star recruit, Mullins is currently the 15th ranked defensive tackle in the nation.
