A recruit that is seeing his stock rise is working double duty this fall. Look for his numbers to rise as the team installs the spread offense.

A player who is getting a lot of talk this fall is Kettering Alter's Zach Freshwater. With recruiting starting to heat up this fall after the first few games Zach is going to see his interest rise.

On Friday night Zach started the process with a very nice game against a DI school. During Alter's game with Kettering Fairmont, Zach played both ways and help the Knights win the season opener.

For the night Zach played both WR and Safety. As a receiver he has three catches for 62 yards as the Knights only made 11 attempts and completed 6 of those. Two of Zach's catches were for big first downs, and one was a spectacular leaping catch between two defenders for a big 39 yard gain with 8 seconds left in the first half that lead to a TD on the next play.

Zach also had one fumble recovery and 9 tackles while covering Fairmonts #1 receiver for the whole night. The Knights will play Bellbrook on Friday night and will play Columbus Independence in week three.
