One of the biggest questions in recruiting circles during the past year is where will Huber Heights Wayne Linebacker Marcus Freeman go to school. The time is getting closer for Marcus to make a choice and in talking with Marcus he told OhioPrepScene.

"It's come to a point where my decision on a college is very near. On September 24th at Wayne High School, I will announce the school my family and I have found best suited for getting my degree and playing football. I will be looking at taking some official visits during the next few weeks and then putting the recruiting process behind me. The five schools left that I'm looking at are, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Miami Fla., Oklahoma and Michigan. I have chosen the 24th because the U.S. Army will be presenting me with a special award, ( All- American) what better way to name a school then to do it with my family and friends from school on hand."

Marcus also talked about taking an official visit this weekend. Marcus spoke about this to OhioPrepScene, " I'm looking at taking an official visit to Oklahoma this weekend. Fred Davis is also looking at going this weekend and were talking about doing it at the same time."

Marcus also informed OhioPrepScene that we would be the first to tell the world what school he names on the 24th. Make sure your with OhioPrepScene on the 24th for live coverage of Marcus Freeman's official announcement.
