The OHSAA has ruled on the case of Jamario O'Neal and his transfer to Cleveland Glenville.

Ohio State recruit Jamario O'Neal has been ruled eligible to play by the OHSAA. In a report by the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the OHSAA sent a letter to Glenville High School late last week giving O'Neal permission to play.

Ted Ginn Sr. and his family asked for and were granted guardianship of the talented athlete who had played for Mansfield Senior. The Tarblooders are now in a position of having two of the most talented athletes in Ohio playing during the playoffs.

O'Neal who has played in a game for the Tarblooders, has been sitting since that game on October 3rd when it was learned the OHSAA would be investigating the transfer of O'Neal into the district. If the OHSAA would have ruled a violation it would have forced Glenville to forfeit their victory over Rhodes High School.
