Our staff is growing again with our new team member Matt Polkovitch. Matt will be in charge of the OPS Northeast division. Look for more information on OPS from the NE part of the state.

OhioPrepScene.com is always looking for talent that knows about Ohio Prep Sports and what makes a great athlete for the next level. Today OPS is proud to have a new member on our staff. Matt Polkovitch is young and full of energy, his passion is Ohio Prep Sports, football, basketball are his main interest but he's also seen and been involved in many others.

Matt is based in Youngstown, Ohio and is a 1998 Graduate of Youngstown Cardinal Mooney. During his prep days he participated in Basketball, Golf and Track. Matt attended Ohio State University and also Youngstown State University. Matt started early in coaching, at the age of 19 he began gaining Varsity Coaching experience at Youngstown Ursuline, Youngstown Cardinal Mooney and Bainbridge Kenston.

Matt comes from a coaching family, he's been a gym rat and is a long time follower of High School Football and Basketball. During this time he's made many contacts with most of the states top NE programs and has seen many OHSAA State Championships in football and basketball since his youth. If you live in the Northeast part of the state, don't be surprised if you see Matt at your school watching a game.  Matt travels every week to numerous high school athletic events.
