Penn Preps releases its state high school football rankings after Week Nine. Our rankings come out on the following Wednesday once all games are completed. Penn Preps rankings are solely based on the research, games watched and knowledge of the Scout Penn Preps staff. Penn Preps does not consider any other rankings and is not a part of any newspaper or other Pennsylvania media association.

  1. St. Joseph's Prep (8-0)- defeated Archbishop Ryan 35-14, no change in ranking
  2. Pittsburgh Central Catholic (9-1)- defeated Penn Hills 42-13, no change in ranking
  3. North Penn (10-0)- defeated Abington 45-7, no change in ranking
  4. Neshaminy (10-0)- defeated Pennsbury 35-0, no change in ranking
  5. State College (9-0) - defeated Chambersburg 37-0, no change in ranking
  6. Coatesville (9-1)  - defeated West Chester Rustin 41-13, no change in ranking
  7. Central Dauphin (8-1) - defeated Red Land 35-7, no change in ranking
  8. McDowell (Erie) (8-1)  - defeated St. Joseph's Collegiate (NY) 28-6
  9. Perkiomen Valley (10-0)- defeated Pottsgrove 28-14, no change in ranking
  10. Wilson (West Lawn) - (9-1)- defeated Hempfield 38-7, no change in ranking

Quick Take: None of the teams in the top ten lost any games this past week.  Erie McDowell and State College will play each other in two weeks in the District 6 playoffs.
