Scout Penn Preps Class AAAAAA High School Football Rankings after Week 10

Penn Preps releases its state high school football rankings after Week Ten. Our rankings come out on the following Wednesday once all games are completed. Penn Preps rankings are solely based on the research, games watched and knowledge of the Scout Penn Preps staff. Penn Preps does not consider any other rankings and is not a part of any newspaper or other Pennsylvania media association.

  1. St. Joseph's Prep (9-0)- defeated Roman Catholic 45-7, no change in ranking
  2. Pittsburgh Central Catholic (10-1) - defeated Norwin 48-0, no change in ranking
  3. North Penn (11-0) - defeated Haverford 56-7, no change in ranking
  4. Central Dauphin (9-1) - defeated previous No. 5 State College 13-10, previously No. 8
  5. Neshaminy (11-0) - defeated Pennridge 26-21, previously No. 4
  6. Perkiomen Valley (11-0) - defeated Penn Wood 55-28, no change in ranking
  7. State College (9-1) - lost to previous No. 7 Central Dauphin 13-10, previously No. 5
  8. McDowell (9-1) - idle, no change in ranking
  9. Coatesville (10-1) - defeated Abington 42-0, no change in ranking
  10. Wilson (West Lawn) (10-1) - defeated Conestoga Valley 42-21, no change in ranking

Quick take: State College lost 13-10 to Central Dauphin and drop from No. 5 to No. 7.  Central Dauphin shoots up to No. 4 and will most likely face No. 10 Wilson in the District 3 AAAAAA semi-finals. No. 5 Neshaminy came back from a 21-7 deficit to defeat Pennridge 26-21.  No. 7 State College will face No. 8 McDowell in what will be the District Six Class AAAAAA finals.
