Penn Preps Class 1-A Championship Game Most Valuable Player

Senior running back/linebacker Andrew Irwin carried the ball 23 times for 118 yards and one touchdown to help Bishop Guilfoyle win the 2016 PIAA Class A State Championship over Clairton.  Irwin also made his presence known on the defensive side of the field.  Irwin’s all-around performance has earned him the Penn Preps Most Valuable Player Award for the game.
