Getting your two first offers from Power Five conference schools is no easy feat. For a football player who just finished their freshman season of football, it's even more impressive. Southern Columbia's Julian Fleming, who received his first offer from Michigan last month, now has a second offer from West Virginia.
"I haven't gone on any unofficial visits (since the end of the season). I haven't been visited by any coaches at my school (he says he may have missed a few due to being away at a sports tournament)"
Fleming was a factor on both sides of the football for Southern Columbia during the 2016 season and helped the Tigers reach the PIAA Class AA Championship Game. Fleming caught 36 passes for 956 yards and 13 touchdowns. Fleming also added 21 total tackles and two interceptions on defense.
