Scout Penn Preps starts its "Under The Radar" Series on recruits who are currently flying under the radar of college coaches.

COACH CLEEZY'S under-the-radar choice for today: Onasis Neely of East Pennsboro High School (PA).

When talking about some of the best running backs coming out of the Eastern part of Pennsylvania, East Pennsboro’s Onasis Neely has to be put into that conversation. Neely has been one of the most consistent backs over the past couple of years and this upcoming season should be his chance to finally get the recognition he deserves.

During his sophomore campaign, Neely ran the ball 179 times for 1,388 yards (115.7 rushing yards per game) and 14 touchdowns. Neely had a monster junior year as he rushed 232 times for 1,852 yards and 24 touchdowns. He also caught 37 passes for 437 yards and an additional five receiving touchdowns.

SPP had a chance to see Neely perform at the Nike Football D.C. Regional Camp at Centreville High School (VA) a few weeks ago and came away impressed with the way he performed in the individual drills and 1v1 sessions. Running backs usually can't do too much to show their all-around game at these type of camps, but Neely showed his quickness and agility throughout the day. At the end of the day, Neely's production on the field over the past two years should speak for itself.

Check out his junior season highlights below.
