Monday night saw Dawan Scott land his second scholarship offer. The Irmo star gave SCPrepNation.com the news of his very latest.
"I got an offer from Presbyterian tonight," Scott said.
"They offered my teammate WR David Frazier too. He just called me and told me."
After getting a verbal offer from Miami of Ohio about two weeks ago Scott says he received his official offer from the Redhawks in the mail this past week.
"It's a great feeling to get it finally."
Scott has been out with an ankle injury the past two weeks and all indications that he may sit out for a third week as he says he's not quite 100 percent healthy.
His replacement 2012 RB Marcus Smith has done a great job and the thought of Scott coming back full strength and rested with Smith also gaining more experience should bode well for Irmo. Smith's first game subbing for the injured Scott saw him run for a video game like 426 yards performance.
Currently with over 1700 yards rushing on the season Scott says he is confident that he can eclipse the 2,000 mark this season which was one of his goals on a personal level.
Stay tuned to SCPrepNation.com as we'll continue to bring you the very latest regarding Dawan Scott's recruitment as we expect him to land more offers in the very near future.
