Numbers don't lie and 2012 WR Chris Brown of Hanahan has the proof after posting some tremendous numbers this year during his junior season. Inside a quick update with a young man we're projecting to be one of the state's top players in the 2012 class.

Chris Brown Profile

The class of 2012 has been taking form for quite a while and one player we're expecting to be one of the most recruited players in South Carolina next year is Hanahan WR Chris Brown. At 6'3 175 pounds Brown has the size, speed, and leaping ability that college coaches salivate for. He had a breakthrough season this year for his squad and we expect his recruitment to kick into high gear immediately.

"My final season receiving stats were 51 catches for 1,101 yards and 16 touchdowns. On defense I had 3 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries, and 4 defensive touchdowns. 3 fumbles returned for touchdowns and 1 intercepton returned for a touchdown. I also had a punt return and kickoff return for touchdowns too."

Brown's season came to and end on Friday night but he put forth another strong effort for his squad before bowing out of the AA playoffs.

"I had 6 catches for around 190 yards and 2 touchdowns."

The Hanahan standout has been on the radar of a number of programs but his stack of mail has continued to grow over the course of the season. He shared with us some of the latest in regards to his recruitment and we'll bring you a thorough report of his suitors including what he feels may be a verbal offer coming soon from an ACC program.
