Breaking news out of Bamberg-Erhardt High School as 2014 TE/LB Kevin Crosby received his first offer from an in-state program today.

"Coach Jay Graham from the University of South Carolina just offered 2014 TE/OLB Kevin Crosby," BEHS assistant coach Corey Crosby told us.

Crosby also told us that Crosby was selected to the MaxPreps Freshmen All American team as a tight end.

The 2014 prospect spent the weekend at Auburn for their Junior Day along with 2012 DE/DT Martin Aiken and "loved it there."

Other schools heavily involved in recruiting Crosby are Alabama, Boston College, Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech. Don't be surprised to see more verbal offers come in for the state's top prospect currently in the 2014 class.
