Rondreas Truesdale Profile

The summer is just heating up and so is Indian Land RB/ATH Rondreas Truesdale. One of the state's most explosive prospects in the 2012 class, Truesdale has seen his recruitment pick up a great deal over the past few months. We caught up with the Indian Land prospect to talk about it all.

"Lately I've camped with Wofford, Western Carolina, The Citadel, and South Carolina. I'm going to camp with Wake Forest in July."

So how did Truesdale feel he performed at those camps?

"I did pretty good at all of them but I'd say I performed the best at Western Carolina. I really liked what I saw at UNCC and South Carolina, they were really good."

Truesdale says most schools have worked him out at running back and safety. Many of the coaches have offered him plenty of praise thus far during his camp stops too.

"Most of them have thanked me for coming and told me that I performed really well. The Citadel coaches said that I rose the standard while I was there so that's encouraging to hear."

Truesdale is still awaiting that elusive first offer but if his camp performances continue to bring him favorable attention from more coaches that could change soon. Two schools in particular have stepped up their recruiting efforts compared to other schools lately.

"The Citadel and Wofford have been recruiting me pretty hard compared to the others lately."
