Harold Atkinson Profile

Currently the top rated back in the Palmetto State for the 2013 class Carolina Forest running back Harold Atkinson has seen his stock rise dramatically over the past few months. He camped with in-state programs Clemson and South Carolina last month and he talked at length about it with Scout.com.

"It was great! I really like that they are about family. That impressed me."

So could the 6'1 205 pound back who already holds an offer from Minnesota be in line for an offer from the Tigers?

"They told me that they were pleased with what they have seen and that they will continue to recruit me."

Atkinson also camped with South Carolina recently and says he had an equally enjoyable experience with the Gamecocks during camp.

"It was great! They brought me in with open arms. I learned a lot of drills that I feel can get me a lot better. They said they put me on their running back recruiting list and told me I was one of the few on it."

The Carolina Forest star will undoubtedly continue to improve over the next two seasons and SCPrepNation.com will continue to bring you the breaking news first when it comes to Atkinson and other top prospects here in South Carolina!
